These terms cover using this website and what happens when you send us an enquiry. The terms for the concreting work itself are set out in the written quote we give you.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Adelaide Custom Concrete & Construction Pty Ltd, ABN 78 909 883 786, of Cox Street, Wingfield SA 5013.

A quote request is not a booking

When you send an enquiry through this website — including where you choose a preferred day or time — you are asking us to get in touch. You are not booking work and we are not committing to a date.

Nothing is confirmed until somebody from our office speaks with you and confirms it. If you have not heard from us and you need certainty, ring 0413 753 837.

Prices and quotes

Any figures, ranges or examples on this website are indicative only. They are not offers and they are not quotes.

A quote is the written price we give you after we have been to the site and looked at the job. That written quote is the one that counts, it sets out what is and is not included, and it holds for the period stated on it.

Photographs of our work

The project photographs on this website are of work carried out by us. Concrete is a natural material: colour, aggregate exposure and finish vary between batches, between sites and with the weather on the day. Photographs show what a finish looks like, not a guarantee that yours will be identical.

Information on this site

We try to keep this website accurate and current. Timeframes, service areas and descriptions can change, and general information here is not advice for your particular site. If something on this website matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing.

What you upload

If you send us photographs, plans or drawings, you confirm you are entitled to share them with us, and you allow us to use them to quote and carry out your job. We will not publish your plans or photographs of your property without asking you first.

Please do not upload anything unlawful, and do not upload other people's documents without their permission.

Using this website

Please use this site as an ordinary visitor would. Do not attempt to interfere with it, submit false enquiries, scrape it automatically, or use the quote form to send unsolicited advertising.
